Patio Heaters

We service all sorts of Patio Heaters, from Table Top to free-standing

Bring your patio Heater to us for service for $99.00* which includes GST Plus any parts required. (This is a set fee to service patio heaters in our workshop)

Note: If your appliance is beyond repair or uneconomic to repair we do not charge any fee but unless we keep it for parts we would ask you to dispose of it.

We do not make service calls on patio heaters.

All Patio Heaters are repaired in our workshop and 'turnaround' is approx 48 hours unless a spare part has to be ordered.

As there are a lot of Patio Heaters on the market it is difficult for some makes to obtain spares if required. Try to buy your heater from a reputable supplier like Barbeques Galore or a known brand like GasMate, they have a fantastic range and spares are generally available.

Gas Appliances should be serviced regularly by qualified and licensed Technicians.

DO NOT ATTEMPT A REPAIR YOURSELF IT IS DANGEROUS AND COULD BE HARMFUL TO YOU IF NOT DONE CORRECTLY.
It will also cost you a lot more for us to repair if taken apart by yourself!

Patio Heaters that are not used often are the most affected by dust, lint, spiders and other insects that use them as a means of keeping warm. So in order to keep them useable they should be serviced once a year.

Tips: Cover your patio heater up when not in use especially during the winter, bugs, spiders and all sorts of insects can crawl into them making them non-operational

When you bring any heater to us include the hose and regulator as that may or may not be the problem. If it is a tall heater just bring the head, take off the 'chinamans hat' and undo at the neck, it saves us time and you space when bringing it to us.

If it is an area heater, again just bring us the top head, take off the safety mesh and the cabinet.

We are Service Agents for most of the Patio Heater Manufacturers like:

GLG

GASMATE

GARTH

COLEMAN

However we can also service most other makes including Garden Sun and Jumbuck etc. again provided parts are available.

So if you want it fixed just ring us!!
